What counts as a person?
Every accepted workspace member counts, including admins. Pending invitations do not. Multiple agents or devices belonging to one person do not add seats. A person in two paid workspaces counts once in each.
Are the first three people free on Team?
Free and Team are separate plans. On Team, every member is billed at $30 per month. Four people cost $120/month; five cost $150/month. Teams of three or fewer can also upgrade for more connections.
Are there charges for tool calls?
There are no per-call fees or monthly call quotas. Technical and rate limits apply. Your AI subscriptions and connected-service charges are separate.
What happens when people join or leave?
Accepted members are added to your bill automatically. Additions receive prorated charges and removals receive prorated account credits on a subsequent invoice. Pending invitations are not billed. Team has a one-seat minimum.
Can I cancel or move back to Free?
Cancel from Billing at any time; your paid plan continues until the end of the billing period. To use Free, reduce the workspace to three people and three connections and remove controls that require a paid plan. Your history is preserved. Tool execution pauses if the workspace still exceeds its plan.
What does Enterprise add?
Enterprise includes SSO setup, SIEM export, managed-device controls, direct email with the founders, and guided rollout under an annual agreement. Contact us to discuss your workspace. Directory sync is not yet available.
Do I need a credit card?
Free requires no card. Team is billed monthly in USD and starts when you complete checkout. There is no annual commitment for Team.
